I'm still writing the 2nd verse, I wrote the hook and had a friend of mine sing it for me.

For the record, the 2nd verse is gonna be much more blunt and direct than the first which is slightly meant to keep the listener guessing until the chorus

Really felt the passion in this song, wish you'd filtered it a couple more times so your vocals come out clearer. But, absolutely touching and emotional. Can I DL for the ipod?

I finished up the 2nd verse, let me know what you think, especially in regards to the quality because I lost the raw vocal file and can't really do much EQ to it as it is. I'd have to rerecord the verses

yeaaahhhhh man!!!!!!!!!!!! thats fuckin DOPE...
you can really feel the passion in this track an your flow compliments the beat almost perfectly.wording an vocab is all so very much on point.

i hate to be negative man, an im not hating/disrespecting you coz i think this is an ill post, but something was up with your voice in the second verse i dont know fuck all about making music but somethin wasnt right compared to the first one you posted, it sounded like you had a lisp or something.
Anyway keep up the good work dude.

^ I do have a lisp, it's something that always has been and always will be a part of my music and who I am as a person/artist

but someone told me I should try to tone the song down, so I re-recorded the verses. I was looking for an opinion between the 2
