I'm seeing how Collectively Ill has put up a thread where they would take on ANY six people that signed up! That's practically unheard of on this site, other than a crew battle that may have taken place back when Illest was... Well, a few years ago or something... It hasn't happened while I've been on this site! And Collectively Ill has been the dominant crew, with topical collabs going unmatched and incredible activity throughout the site... or have they ACTUALLY?!? been a dominant crew, since they havent matched up against a group before to prove they have are indeed the crew they 'claim' to be? I guess we will have to find out, won't we?
It seems as if Leeroy Jenkins, the former audio champion himself has stepped up to the plate to lead a group against the C.I. crew. Will he be able to bring back the spark that led him to receiving the championship belt, or will K Panda, a man that has since been leading the way for Illest's audio section by bringing more life into the forum, be able to shut him down and show why Leeroy Jenkins is merely an afterthought in Illest's grand scheme of things? Will K Panda show why he deserves the belt, and a possible re-match against the current champion, 2xS? Or will Leeroy Jenkins put the haters on hush and shut their mothers up? Only time can tell with this one... Who do you think will bring the fire to the table for the roast of a dragon that this will be?
And Orfadox, another large name in the forums during the end of the 2010 year, is going to be participating in a topical battle as well, I have noticed. Isn't THIS the man that was nominated for, and ultimately became, Illest's Most Likely to Shock You in 2011? Obviously he's going to have to show us if he's actually deserving of this title that he has received, and has been flashing around the forums in his sig like a prositute showing off her saggy ass bewbies... Is Orfadox going to b e able to live up to the award he boasts around Illest Lyrics? Well, Im curious, what do you think?

Then I see where SOMEONE has made a mention that the almighty Jack Da Rippa has been mentioned as possibly being a part of this battle? The Goliath of Illest's battle forum, taking part in a throwdown against Collectively Ill, a crew that he has dissed in a FEW writtens? A crew that Jack's group, E-makulate Metaphors, once talked about crew battling, just to see his group fall back into the shadows of Illest's cellar? What will become of this, do you think he's going to sign up to get in on the mayhem?
And who would Jack battle? Murk McNasty? An emcee that Jack has yet to see in the battle arena, despite the number of battles both guys have put forth since the summer of last year? Over sixty battles have taken place between both of these guys, and yet NOT A SINGLE ONE has happened between them? Shit, look at Murk's sig and Jack's profile, the names that have been smothered in the shit they step through are almost identical, as if they've have been punching the same bag back and forth, but never to acknowledge one another... Except for in the written disses that they had strung along the Scriptures forum, to receive HUNDREDS of views and many props in the feedback of those pieces? Comparing the records, the reviews that I have seen, and the small voices that float around Illest, it would seem like Jack is preceived to win this battle hands down (though his Jadakiss avatar has his hands up), which would make me David going up against Goliath, and that's not a fucking walk in the park... Shit, I dont even have a sling shot... Can David overcome the odds and be one of only, what WOULD be, three people to EVER beat Jack in an actual text showdown (no shows not included)?? Scott James and Anti Matter are the only two to have done so previously... Is Murk's writing abililty able to go up against and conquor the legend that might be Jack Da Rippa??
Besides that, I have another quesiton for you all... What's all this bullshit talk about Domino battling Jack anyway? Domino hasnt battled since he went up against... well, me... But before that, there's no telling how long it's been. Can this guy shake the dust off his desk, slam his head on it a few times, and shake the rust out of that cranium of his? Will he even ACCEPT a battle, whether or not it's against Jack Da Rippa or some other random dude floating through Illest? Man, I dont know about this one... Maybe this is a score to settle with the site, not just (who is Illaborate battling again?
