I realized they were weighing my heart
I couldn't move I was stabilized, so were my arms
There was a gorge in my chest, a big sword in my chest
I sorta regret, being selfish
And never helping, held together like a shellfish for an hour

I replied how come, no answer was given
And as soon as they said it, a nigga started reminiscing
A sedative was given to me so I could remember
When I disrespected my mom, thinking it was splendid
Hitting my little brothers so I'm pissing em off
Brutalizing myself and others for no cause
Mad at the world cause I lacked self-esteem
Poor as a motherfucker had no green
