MIA- Noble & Anti collab

me and anti did this a few years ago when those Navy Seals were killed over in Afghanistan. its an old piece but i figured i would share it with you guys.



Noble-
I never would have thought id sign a shady deal, but its crazy real
im wearin a pair of boots strapped to a parachute being a navy seal
completed our last task and was briefed on our next mission
you see in the past all the expeditions seemed like death wishes
my breath glistens as the sun goes down, but believe my guns go up
death whistles a morbid sound as you can see the leaves on the trees blow up
its the same old shit from each day to the next but my partner and I must move on
war will have your brain so sick but through a friendship the trust grew strong
we scanned the plans got sent to the mountains of afghanistan for recon photos
if we dance with insurgents and by chance my partner disperses I shall lead on solo
pursue to grab our gear, a troop never lacking fear as me and the crew march quick
we move elusive through the darkness looking for enemies to prove we heartless
my hearts mixed with emotion as the hills coasting it seems were near exsistence
in an instant off somewhere in the distance its consistent we hear the resistance




ANTI-
It seems our fates are grim, calling for reinforcements as im seeing the corpses...
Fleeing their forces, one of our men were hit, we're in need of support an...
Under such heavy fire attacks its like i doused myself in gas and lit a match...
Enemy all around, one in front, then he was hit with a mortar, turned the bitch to ash...
Our soldier is still wounded, our Black Hawk was polturied by RPG's...
Now were all hurt, knees slashed, gashed to bleed, right through our army fatigues...
I almost cried in relief as i seen one of our machines pull up with troops aboard...
But theres even more hostiles left, so i gotta start shooting more...
We manage to get our injuried ally to safety, but now our lives are shady...
We told the support that we'll stay behind to finish this,vison blurred, my mind is hazy...




Noble-
my spine feels lazy, my luck was up and I was struck with shrapnel
I clutch my back though, rip the piece from my flesh now im ready to tackle
they dont want to see when the savage emerges, I was sent here to battle insurgents
my gun rattles and disperses, their matter will spatter for tryna shatter the service
never actually nervous, the blood drips from my back as I grip to my strap
I wont go out without a fight, strike with the might that'll have my victims collapse
there is too many in sight, try to reach for the chopper in flight but they grow closer
I can feel death begin to choke my breath, this is the stress of a bold soldier
I seen my partner roll over, he was bleeding from his fatigues, I didnt believe but...
I bowed my head immediately and began praying for jesus, in this time of need he flees us
my knees were crushed, I guess im having a close brush with death
at that exact moment I felt my flesh melt open and bust my chest
still managing to slip a clip in and maintain focus on target
I would have to say mission unaccomplished on this locust of darkness
load in a cartridge and forge forward with anger, stay committed to torchin with danger
collide with the forces of nature, kill for my country and slay a portion of strangers
more than a ranger, became a navy seal trained to die, ive came with pride
never betray my side, save it and strive but now its my time I must say goodbye....



Anti-
Too many of them to try to push through, will i ever get to see any one back home?...
I doubt it an that blows, as we're trying to flee but our feet drag slow...
My ally and friend, the best i knew, was shot in two right before me...
My heart is as black now the way the nights an storms be...
I take out atleast half of who was left to kill, im just glad our good friend safe...
Heart beating. . hard breathing, its like im running an eternal lap never to end the race...
More troops arrived, as soon as i shoot i knew id die...
But who am i to try to survive? .. a fucking navy seal an better beleive ima try...
Soon as i thought that i was shot in the stomach.. fuck it its time to end this...
Before i was gun butted, i released the pin to my grenade an smiled at the thought that ima meet up where my friend is. . .

Dont have any complaints about this to be honest..both flows were consistent through out...both had loads of imagery made me feel as if i was there and i was hearing the gunshots seeing it as if it was on television!...overall a very very solid peice wouldnt mind reading more like that from you guys!

This piece was from another perspective making it different, but in a good way. Like Orfadox sed, the flow was consistent throught the whole thing , for both of you guys. Over all , it was a dope drop ... would like to see some more drops like these.

Yeah I liked the imagery most, and the general atmosphere u guys created. Lots of quotables in this so I'm not gonna bother listing them all out but I was feeling the contrast and how it was like the reader was just jumping into one of ur heads at a certain time in battle, and it's a hard mood to capture. Ending bar was pretty ill also, keep it up.

mad collab from both of u. I'll be repeatin watt others said b4 me, imagery takes tha reader there, feelin tha intense fightin. This piece reminds me of jedi mind tricks and R.A tha rugged's collab they did about two soldiers in tha vietnam war, can't recall tha name of tha song right now........hope we gets more of these boys.....
