Your structure is on point and your flows alright.
The only flaws that I see is your punches not landing.
I think you may be a couple steps away from landing effective hits.
Also, maybe your just starting to work with wordplay, but it didn't work for ya here.
And remember, Wordplays O.K and can be very effective, but Punches is what you want in evey bar

Your barz are all hella stretched! I havn't ever seen nothing quite like it.
A bar is two lines with 12 to 15 syllables, your bars were 3 lines with maybe a total of 40 to 50 syllables. No Good!
Also, you need to be more direct and aggresive. If you read over your bars and realise that they can be directed at anyone, you probably need to go over the bar and make it more direct toward your specific opponent.
One more thing. your rhyming scheme didn't seem to be in order.
Maybe you should hit some tutorials.
