Seriously though, I think he's just enjoying himself, enjoying his freedom. If you actually go to jail for doing what a lot of people rap about doing, you're not going to come out talking that same ol' bullshit, especially if you've matured like Shyne has. Thing is though, the rap game has changed ALOT since Shyne's been gone, and if he's not just having fun on the mic, he's trying to keep up with whats current, which will not work out well for him at all.
