Lifting weights, incline dumbell press if you want specifics. I hate cardio/running. I can do elliptical machines and bikes but for some reason I just don't like running for extended periods of time lol. Sprints are fine, sports is great, but not running. I love lifting, I've been hitting the weights hard since I got to Iraq in May and have already jumped up 100 lbs in my bench press (315) and hope to hit 405 lbs by the time I leave here. Lost 20 lbs since I left the US in April.

Ha, nope, I'm 26. Got wife, kids, the whole package. Who would have thought, right? Don't worry though, when I was in highschool, I was benching the same as you. Joined the Army, put on some weight, got out, got fat lol. Now I'm murdering them shits. Gotta give Alpha a run for his money some day.
