Swizz Beatz Produces Beat For World Peace

Super producer Swizz Beatz will produce a new song as part of an international campaign to promote world peace.

The song will debut during the International Day of Peace Concert on September 12. The concert, a celebration of the 25th Anniversary of the United Nations International Day of Peace, will air during a two-hour special and will feature live performances by artists all over the world.

Swizz Beatz, who has worked with everyone from Beyonce and Jay-Z to Britney Spears and Limp Bizkit, will produce a multi-artist peace tribute for the event.

“Swizz Beatz is a perfect example of the caliber of artists who will be participating in the International Peace Concert," said the event's producer Rick Garson, President of Garson Entertainment, in a release. "This is a global opportunity for celebrities, musicians and world leaders to reach out and communicate to the rest of world how we can all join together in the road towards peace," he added.

All proceeds from the event will be donated towards a peace initiative.
