to me.. it's definately big L.. punchlines where a level above.. even for todays artists..

multis and flow where stand out.. and story telling was crisp too..

aint checked much of jay z's, but from what i hear, its good.. but he definately aint a hardcore rapper imo..

so big l.. most def.. if you hear the 95 freestyes with big l and jay z on the radio.. theres no comparison, son.. its jus' embarassin'..
