...and my response to the whole thing above is that I think alot of people who are sayin that I'm "not as lyrical" as Miilz,
are sleeping on the delivery of my messages when it comes to the material I'm puttin out there. I dunno if some of you just aren't understanding what it is that I'm saying or what...
...but when you think about it, I technically am stronger than Miilz from a lyrical standpoint, if not as strong to say the least. I also believe alot of you tend to NOT give me credit on my lyrical prowess. I'm lyrical and conscious in tracks that I do...hell, there are tracks that I've done recently AND in the past that back that up!
Yea...I don't go and load every song that I do with punches and metas, thats not my style, but because I dont do it for every song, should that discredit the lyrical and conscious tracks that I have put out? Does it make me less lyrical? That's what I'm sayin. Really...dude isn't more lyrical than me.
We've heard what? 2 or 3 songs from him? And for those few songs he loads punchlines and shit in them. But that's all he's done...it's just 2 or 3 joints (atleast from what he's shared here on illest). But me...I've shared atleast over 60 of my tracks here on illest (nowhere near as many as I've recorded)...threw punches and metas in throughout most of my drops. I'm more consistant, more frequent...i do alot more recording, probably alot more writing. It's obvious I share more. My punches aren't crammed up into a handful of tracks. They're spread out throughout dozens of tracks...see what I'm sayin. So no...now that I look back at it...he really isn't more lyrical. Just from a quick glimpse it slightly appears that way.
Bottom line, it's not dick ridery...I'm just the better artist. And numbers show that. Like the poll...I didn't ask anyone to vote for me, I just put up a poll, gave people a few options, laid out the blueprint for people to read and let them know that they could vote if they wanted to. And what did the numbers show?
So before sayin I'm not lyrical...or not as lyrical...show me how I'm not. Otherwise don't waste your breath on arguing the fact. And don't respond to this until you've read that link either...cuz the post in that thread is the truth.
