Gucci Mane Arrested for Firearm, Marijuana Possession

Gucci Mane was arrested on Wednesday, July 23 in Stockbridge, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta. Mane, whose real name is Radric Davis, was pulled over at a police checkpoint at 4AM. After appearing under the influence of drugs, police searched his car and found a small amount of marijuana and a firearm.

Mane was charged with driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, and for being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm. He remains free on bail after posting a $3,356 bond. The "icy" rapper previously served time in 2005 on an assault charge, which was eventually dismissed.
