We're talking about at least one interview a week. It will almost always be text, but there can be exceptions. You won't have to do the non-text ones. You will have to study the person you're interviewing and have good questions prepared to even e-mail or instant message.
You will also have to correct their grammar and yours if necessary.
I'm also interested in having someone review albums, sometimes even before they hit shelves. I'm less worried about that facet though.
