Im more worried about iran getting a nuke. Allthough, that insane midget is troubling to say the least. The only thing is, at least he wants to live. Iran is willing to take themselves out aswell.

I could guarntee you Iran is watching this situation. Lenient reactions would encourage Iran's defiance. Even though North Korea is in the early stages of developing a efficent nuke. We know they have the capability and just need time to improve their weapons. However, what good are nukes. This is just another Cold War.
