Ehh, Trojans are a fucking bitch to remove. Can he try to remember when he could have gotten it? If he can then he can revert his system back to the day before that.

You gotta tell your cousin to always back up all his files incase stuff like this happens. No FREE Trojan remover on the net will get rid of it, it'll say you have one but you have to buy it, unfortunatley. I can try to find a crack or keygen for a Norton remover but I don't know if the site I go to still has it.

not sure how well u r with computers, getting a hold of viral or complexity might be ur best bet.. i would say u might have to manually delete the virus by going thru ur registry and finding it.. u can scan it.. but might notbe able to remove it.. so when u scan it.. just find the locations given(if it gives u it which it should)... and manually remove it.. but make sure u dont remove something u need or u might just fuck ur shyt up worse

Dom - I don't think AVG gets rid of Trojans. Not sure though, I used to have it but I havent had a trojan since I had the program.

download Zone alarm internet security suite..or jst the antivirus....shit works great....i had it..for a long time..now i got vista..n i dont use it...but it always kept mah computer clean...www.isohunt.com will have it....its not that big of a file n itll provide a crack for it too...i dont use AVG er ne of that...never worked for me...same wit NOD32 i look down on dat shit..haha....
