If you want to delete a user, just go to their profile. And at the very bottom you can remove them and all there posts its as simple as that.

Made it 15 seconds between posts besides for admins. Wont really effect users.

IN The Admin Panel. I moved up the disallow names. And the ban so you don't have to go looking around for it.
