You can't change how people live, breath, eat or speak. We are just who we are. Accepting how some of us speak comes along with that. If you sit around and try to filter what everyone says in the world because of the fact that you don't approve of certain terms or feel certain people shouldn't use them...then you'll be fighting forever. I'm not sayin not to fight for what you believe...but this is an endless battle. There's always gonna be cuss words out there...always gonna be degradational terms in existance...always someone disliking someone elses vocabulary. It's how the world turns. The problem is, is that some people just don't know how to accept the way the world turns and the way it's people changes. I'm not changing my vocab because it brings displeasure to you, or Oprah or anybody else. It's me. That's it. And no...not because I came up in the neighborhood makes me feel the right that I can say it...the fact that dats just how we talked in that area gave me the right. That's what I learned. But I also learned how to read.
