Busta Rhymes Fan: Busta Kicked Me in My Face

Roberto Lebron, the young man who claims Busta Rhymes stomped him out earlier this month, divulged more details about the incident yesterday.

According to Lebron, Busta and his entourage were furious at him for accidentally spitting on a Maybach as it traveled in Rhymes' motorcade.

"People came out and they were walking up to me," Lebron explained to NY's Daily News. "We realized it was Busta Rhymes. He asked me, 'Homie, did you spit on my car?' I said 'Sorry, I didn't mean to. We're big fans of yours.' That was the last thing I said. One of his people hit me in the face and I fell on the ground."

Lebron further described the well-built Busta leading a vicious beatdown that included kicks to the teenager's face. Photos sent to reporters showed the details of injuries to Lebron's nose and lip.

As reported on Vibe.com, Lebron filed a formal complaint with the NYPD, and Busta was arrested after a performance on Saturday for the assault. While in custody, Busta was grilled by detectives for information regarding his knowledge his bodyguard's unsolved murder, which took place during a video shoot in February.

Busta's lawyer maintains that the arrest was innapropriate for the misdemeanor charge, and was payback by the police for Busta's noncompliance with their investigation.
