Well I've been hard at work here in the lab on the new Street Cd/Mixxtape, Your Parents R'Gonna Hate this MixxTape Vol. 1, trying to exercise these new concepts and everything in that direction out. Well I came up with an idea for an intro...and a deal if you will.

None of my songs from the next mixxtape are available for download here on illest. Sure...I stream them...but I don't allow the download this time around. And FINE WITHOUT U, HICKORY DICKORY, BRAGGIN MAN are just a few of the names of what'll be on the next mixxtape.

So what would you say if I told you I'd give you a copy of the MixxTape when it's ready for just $3.00?

And no bullshit with dealing wit paypal and all that other shit. Just send me a good ol' fashioned envelope with $3 bucks wrapped in a sheet of paper with ur correct mailing address on it. But before we make this deal...I want a favor from you.

I want you to record a sound file of yourself...sayin the paragraph below. I'm gonna chop and screw it with other peoples vocals that are sent me with the same recorded paragraph and make it into an intro for the MixxTape. So YES...technically you can say you're featured on the mixxtape. All you have to say is...

"Hey whats up!? I'm ____________ from ______________ and I listen to Kurse because I don't care if my parents are gonna hate this mixxtape or not. I do what I want...whenever the fuck I want...and that's just how it is."

So yea...just say ur name and where in the fuckin world you're from and record a sound file of you like that. It doesn't have to be those exact words...but in that ballpark would be nice. If you say your real name, it's cool...that'll give it more of a realistic element, but if you'd feel better using your nickname or whatever...then thats fine too. You do that for me...and then technically you're getting the new mixxtape for free when it's ready. (the $3 is basically just covering the shipping and handling costs that it'll be to get it to you)

So if you're interested...drop me a line...let me know that you're doin it and send it to me. Just try to keep the quality as clean and crisp as possible. No loud cracks and bangs in the microphone and shit like that...use a pop filter or a sock or sumthin if you have to. Hope to hear from some of you.

lol...well I figured It'd be a way to get some people more hyped up about shit. I know that if I had an chance to be on the intro of someones mixxtape that saturates all over the place...I'd wanna be on it. I could be like..."Hey...thats me!" lol I dunno...I guess I just wanna put out all the opportunities that I wish artists would've done when I came up listenin to them. I think it's important to bond in some way with ur listeners and get them more involved on sum level.

But my fan base/listener group tends to be around the highschool age...thats for sure.

I was just askin because i would NEVER buy a mixtape named 'your parents r gunna hate this.' That seems kinda corny to me. No offense or anything. But, the majority of people that buy albums are high school age white kids, so you may have aimed correctly. But im an adult, so i wouldnt listen to anything named 'your parents are gunna hate this' Seems like it would be some lame highschool shit. Not saying it will, just thats what i think when i hear that title.

Well all you gotta do for now is make your audio clip so when I have them all, I can piece shit together and fuck around wit shit. I'ma keep record of everyone who sent me an audio clip...that way when the CD's are pressed and ready...or going to be atleast...I'll contact those individuals with the mailing address and everything else.
