you would think the chicken i think but the chicken would have to come from an egg...which a chicken would have to lay but would have to come from an egg to lay it but would have to be laid by a chicken..

well seein how a chicken produces the egg, for there to be an agg in existance, there would obviously have to be a chicken(s) present to make that egg become an egg...

but it most likely came from an egg, because of the laws of evolution...
