One more chance to live my life
the way it was meant to be
my dreams are reflections
so they repent to me
scribbled out corrections
all i see is Xs
n Im taking wrong directions
ripped the jesus necklace
off my neck fuck his message
no disrespect but im disconnected
n discontent with his perspective
n im left with unsubstancial views
on how I can handle you
the fan I know your always true
but damn i cant see you thru
this is my journey into my past
I'm not jesus, I can't turn to
ash i wont sacrifice
any facet of life for the masses
i strife for myself only
then its my homies
i wont let my past control me
but its the reason i'm here
