if you want to be real, rugged shouldnt be able to be using IP punches since only mods can look at those. kind of a cheap move. but as far as punches i think rugged got the slight edge. the copyright line was nice. i think creative wrote his shit for audio obviously with the instrumental, and i think that affected him a bit. it was more built for audio, just straight flowing, no real punches.
