The chomo threw this off for me. No matter how I said it, its didnt flow. If this was supposed to be an ad-lib type of deal, it still threw the bar off for me. And IMO the first line was better than the second.

The flip was cool. Ive heard the pillow gun dream reference before but this flowed well and fell into place nicely.

I liked the wording in this and the delivery of the punch. Set up couldve been done a little better.

Another good nameflip but didnt seem to hit too hard for a closer. The punch is there though, no doubt. Over-all, a solid, direct verse.

The concept is okay, but I dont see how this gets at him. Maybe you have seen a pic or something that I havent though. If not, this bar is kinda universal, and could be harder hitting.

The head lice line made sense, but was just weird IMO. As well as the punch. Its like you are working at the multi aspect and flow side of things more than actually getting at your opponent here.

No hate, but what does a dog being man's best friend have to do with M.I.M.? That's where I see the lack in your verse, it seems like you arent actually attacking M.I.M in some of these bars.

See above notes. Sequence, you came out of the gate fighting, but it seems like you lost the direction of your punches on the second half of your verses, and I dont know exactly what you were getting at with that last bar fam.


I think Sequence couldve came much harder, and by the first couple bars he posted, he could be once of the best battlers on this site, but M.I.M. wins this for a more direct verse and punches/nameflips.

see this is where having 20 aliases on a site works in your favor. its pretty shitty but whatevs.

id have to give this to rugged. just overall a better/stronger verse. i think the mans best friend line was sequence's best punch. most of the verse was just filler and the other punchlines really had no sting to them. but you tried with the whole "most interesting man" shit, kind of hard to go off on just that alone.

Hmmm.. I've missed Sequence's little Aussie type style. If any of you've heard him in audio, you'd know he flows nice as hell.
As for Rugged, I can see his punchlines and delivery coming in the form of a Grimtime battle. Some tall goofy white guy making funny faces after every punch. Very comical.

Ok here goes:
Punches - Rugged (Sequence you started off hard, but fell off at the end.. needed more consistency. I was digging Rugged's lines like the Sequence in a box, black eye pea, and signature line, While Sequence you had a few good ones like the dog's best friend and MIM(s) line but more fillers throughout your verse)

Flow - Sequence all the way with this one. Rugged's style may even work in live battle, but reading here.. i don't make all the facial expressions and goofy niuances that come with Grimtime type battles. I just read (forgive me).

Personals - Rugged (The opener alone clinched this catagory)

Multies - Sequence. He focused more on multies than he did on punches actually.

Creativity - Rugged (well thought out punches in more of his bars than Sequence)
