wayne wanted out of cash money cause baby owed him money jay said he'd sign wayne only if baby paid him a million dollars (this may sound odd but but its more common than you'd expect jay wanted this money so he wouldn't have to invest any money into a budget for wayne), baby wouldn't pay and let wayne out of his contract, so wayne sued baby and ended up settling after baby paid him a small fraction of what he owed him
