hes got like a week before hes automatically DQ'd but like my other rule said
9. DQ's aren't automatic you must ask an admin to view the situation and if their is rules broken they will be DQ'd, also you cannot request a DQ after the battles been decided by votes, the only case were a DQ will be is automatic is its cause of a violation of the first two rules i posted, in all other cases of breaking the rules you have to request your opponent be DQ'd and give the violation they commited
since ky-ill didn't drop within the deadline domino can DQ him anytime he wants or just wait it out 'till an admin closes it when 2 weeks are up if ky doesn't drop
