First of all domino did have more personals.

Rells only seemed to hit harder because they were setup with nicer punchlines. Which gives him the battle. Both were consistent with multis. Both had nice vocab. Even though Domino had some nice wordplay Fiasco had a lot more. And although I honestly got more entertainment out of Domino's verse. Rell had 10 solid bars. Domino had about 6. So this battle goes to Rell.
