Does anybody else think its one of the most underrated albums of all time? Its in my top 15 GOAT, and Top 5 GOAT from the west coast. Considering it came out in '96, his lyricism and delivery was way ahead of its time. It's also arguably the most lyrical album comin from the west coast ever.
