Bird cleaning pointless

Ok you know if you see anything on the oil spill they are cleaning up birds. Well today i seen that it is considered a waste of time. They have spent thousands of dollars on cleaning these birds they have cleaned a total of 420 birds. They then drive them to tampa bay and let them go to a new environment. This seems good to anyone who believes what they see but people are starting to believe that it is a stunt by bp to buy them time. They have found more dead birds then living ones. after i did the math from the paper they are finding 3 dead birds to one living this seems like a waste of time and money in my opinion but id like to hear some other peoples thoughts.

I mean birds are cool they make our eco-system go round
but WHY are they spendin' time tryna clean up a bird BEFORE they clean up the waste...smh

Who cares about the birds....Fuck The Birds!!!! Clean the ocean and the birds will not be dirty!!! Are they out there cleaning fish?....How about all the other animals... How about all the people thats losing out because of the spill.... can u clean they credit after this? How bout every single grain of beach sand in them tourist areas....can they clean that..... Gimmie my bibi gun ill show u how to take care of them Birds!

that's crazy. First time I've seen this. I seen on the news of some ppl cleanin' some birds but I didn't know they were going to the extreme to releasing them in other places. That is madd retarded.
