base on my knowledge to keep up my verse sound perfect

I m just saying on my knowledge is how can I hear or keep up my flow? I m counting my syallables n counting per beat then I can keep going on my flow n since I learn from center of elevation to keep my multi n flow rightly... I always have checklist
Checking ur rhymes, multi, flow, sound right. to ur lyrics/verse so that how I keep getting better n also got feedback from some ppl that like some of ur verse or sometime they will give u 2 line in 1 bar- main problem for me to using this.. But I m still learning from talent peeps on this site/ I learn much a lot better from this site than b4 I had start on...

just want to add that abt me being deaf n how can i make the beat, the beat making is most diffcult for me but while i lookin arund the scenic n i see what ppl doing on their hand or feet or doing the stuff (ex: hammering) like wham wham blam click like that n i m counting n estimate what that sound like while on different beats like kick, clap, snare, frog, many more... so that how i know...
