[Absolute]

Art of War

This poem is a lil somthin somthin I put together for a poetry project in my honors english class senior year of High School. I got an A, and my teacher went on to tell me how much talent I have and that I should get it published.

its a war of the arts
and the facts are stated-with-scripture
if the earth is the canvas
then who's hand is paintin-the-picture?

what may seem savage to one
is sad-to-another
the earth started out blank
then someone added-the-color

some were glad to have loved her
others hadnt discovered
how the paint-brush must hate-us
so now were tragically-smothered

he cant stand-on-this-plank
without hammers-and-tanks
cause if the world is at peace
then his canvas-is-blank

so much havoc-he's-calling-for
its back-to-the-drawing-board
mix the color of innocense with blood red
so tradgedy-is-falling-more

its sadly-appauling-or,
truely-unique so cruelly-he-speaks
no chauvinist-since-he
could corrode-us-immensely with the code-of-da-vinci

he's bestowed-it-against-we
as the people-must-stand
against the evil-he-plans
or become sketches on his easel-at-hand

and his weasels-command troops
on both sides-of-a-war
convinced its for freedom,we dont need-em
why rely-on-them-for?

its just a rush-to-his-gauge of hatrid
as he thrusts-with-the-rage
each time with more red on green soldiers
with his brush-to-the-page

so much rust-to-engage
to dull the shine of the colors-of-truth
so that blind-hate is a mindstate
that covers-the-youth

discover-the-truth,in this war
the choice is ours we can use-it-or-not
he paints a gun in your hand
you have the choice to shoot-it-or-not

do-it-or-not
you have the option to put a dude-in-a-box
or the option to make a choice
so the fueding-will-stop

we can have love-for-the-rest
and shed-blood-for-the-best
or become his greatest masterpiece
and lay covered-in-death

you have a pen of destiny inside you
so the art-is-within-we
and starts-with-the-sin-we
chose to not commit or is part-of-us-densely

the artist-is-simply
burning within and he can pen-hell-smoothly
cause he's A Man On Fire
something like denzel's-movie

through self restraints-we-can-see now
the complaints-and-the-plee's
but we're to blame not the artist
he just paints-what-he-see's

this is the chapter of revelations
and those who's giving-a-doubt
God predicted we'd destroy ourselves...
...now we're living-it-out.

Nah quix, been on whyteout.com, rapembassy.net, and a few others ive forgotton over the years. Supposedly I was on the "best site" for a few months. Like you had to audition basically, prvide links to 20 battles. Mostly been on spin-off sites, like if a member here made his//her own proboard..
