lmao. Yeah.

It wasn't raw weight though. It was on a machine. The weights are still there, but the whole movement is a shit-ton easier and I probably coulda did 800lbs on that piece of shit machine.

eh... i'd have to see / hear about the technique before i was impressed..

though i got bad knee's lol.. so i dont think i could do upwards of 150lbs (free weights)...so respect ..

Yeah, you could do more. Back when I was lifting and not in shape really, I did 695lbs on a machine. 5 45's on each side, a 100lb plate on each side, plus 45lbs for the weight of the machine. That was a bitch, I almost squatted too low and struggled for a sec at that sticky point but got through. That's pretty sweet though, I can't wait to get back in the gym. Most I benched was 265 3 times, then tried to put up 305 and dropped it lol. Legs have always been my strong point though. I bet I lose 30 lbs in Iraq, hopefully I can gain at least half that in muscle mass in a year since I'm so fucking out of shape right now. We'll see. From the sounds of it though, doesn't seem like you pushed yourself. Get back in there!

Good shit, I was thinkin you did it with free weights, so I was bout to say thats solid as fuck man. Still on the machine is not light-work either. I can do over 650 on the machine though. Try to see what you max out with the free weights. You play football?
