See, I think that's where another problem remains. Alot of our Heavy Hittin talent has retired for the most part or doesn't really care to dedicate the time for all of it.

For example...Rell would definately be a good asset, but I don't know if he's still retired from online battling or not. Drunken Jesus is fuckin raw...but we all know he won't even give a remote consideration into doing this, he's got his own thangs goin on. Dom is great...but i don't see him puttin up his time for it either.
And I'm not going to bullshit...
...I'm not really hyped for this either. Maybe a while back about a year and a half ago when I was still on the up-n-up for battling, but I don't feel like I've got much to prove anymore, which pretty much rids me of any motivation to join in.

So if some of our top names don't take interest in doing this...it basically leaves it up to the next in line. Then you know you're not getting your best versus the best. And if it's not the best VS the best...then you'll never really know who the dominate site is...which in conclusion kind of makes it all a waste of time.

Like the only reason I'd come out of retirement to do this is if the roster looked like...

u cant force cee to battle its if he wants to or not and it goes the same with myself... and as far as what ekoms is trying to do goes, i hope it works because the last 5 times a site battle was proposed it always went down the drain :\

all i know is that if u used to be the best and claim u still are, then it wouldnt hurt to prove it to a big group of new cats, because as far as i know, ur no longer the one top if u cant defend that title. Those guys you mentioned like domino, dj, and plex are people that refuse to battle for some odd reasons, as someone who wasnt around when this site was weaker, i see only battle potential from those three because they never battled while i was around, to me they're just as good as one hit wonders, along with u in text kurse. its all about whose currently the best here not those that used to be into it. How can u say ur the best and not prove u still got it every once in a while? So you say they CAN deliver...but they WON'T so that doesnt provide much help for anything does it? You should just stick to judging audio man cuz ur so 2006 on the text picks lol

right im definitly not gettin involved with this shit. fuck site battles..they never actually happen let alone run smoothly or fairly. end of the day everyone knows this wont work so i doubt im gonna bother with it. i aint wastin my time on a group anything never mind a tournament that includes gay shit like graffix lol. audio battles are always disasters with no shows, broken mics, no studio..etc. most of the names being floated around for text are either retired or wont be intersted. if i want to battle other sites i`ll sign up for them and make a callout. ive checked out their site and the text standard aint much different from here imo. my prediction is it would be about even with text and we would probably win on audio. i dunno about graffix. what has computer nerd art got to do with hiphop? dont mean to sound harsh but thats how i see it

Word @ Cee4.. I don't give a fuck bout GFX battles either.

Hazard, not beefin' with you, but Cee4 is #1 (Text) around here. Until somebody else is rockin that belt under their sig, dude is #1. Matter of fact, I'll be real and say Cee4 (and Arvincible) are the only active text cats around here that are respected and regarded as elite battlers @ the moment. Both these cats get props from me (along with Kurse in audio) and I've even let that be known on HHR as well.
