For us, the download failed twice and we had to resort to calling Xbox Live support in order to get our points back so we could try again.
Thirty minutes later, a helpful tech support supervisor stated, "...we are having a lot of trouble with the Video Marketplace. We've had our tech team working on this since 4:30 in the afternoon on Wednesday and they're currently still working on it..." At this point, it's unclear whether anyone has successfully downloaded a full-length HD movie.

The service stopped my movie download half way, and wouldn't download more unless I bought it again.
