I'm posting this link for the people here that need plug-ins for FL Studio, ProTools, etc. (or any Program the accepts VST, RTAS, TDM Plug-ins and sound packs)

On the right hand side, you will see a search bar where you will type in VST or RTAS. They also have a lot of sound packs, etc.
