Lupe Fiasco sees red and white on the cover for “Words I Never Said” featuring Skylar Grey, the second single from his oft-delayed third album Lasers, dropping March 8. Described by the Chicago MC as a “big, controversial record,” the Alex Da Kid production is finally here!

Personally I dig the track, Skylar Grey offers up a decent chorus but Lupe’s ability to tell a message within a flow of personal frustration is second to none. You can kind of see why Atlantic Records was holding back so much, the song almost didn’t make the album in case you didn’t know.

But it’s finally here, this will most likely have to hold us over until March 8th, when Lasers is released. Unless a few more tracks leak, which with telling how the plumbing has been lately, might happen sooner than we think.

But enjoy, and don’t forget to write a letter to Gucci Mane or Plies and let them know their future’s are looking cloudy.
