Canibus is back again. I’d hate to say that he’s been gone because after a strong effort that saw some of his best rhyme schemes and wordplay in years on his latest album Melatonin Magic, the innovative artist returns with a single off his upcoming album C of Tranquility.
Never one to hold back lyrically, Canibus also plans to treat his fans to a great production team for his upcoming album, DJ Premier, Jake One, Scram Jones, The Bizness and J-Zone are all enlisted for the project.
C of Tranquility will be Canibus’s 10th album. It’s hard to believe that its been over a decade since Canibus burst onto the scene with some of the most notable bars of his career including his highly publicized beef with the billboarding topping LL Cool J. As many of us know, that was quite a one sided battle, but that’s a debate that should have been buried a long time ago.
The release date for this album will be October 5th, 2010.
