Black In America - Airs 23rd and 24th from 9-11, it's a cnn documentary on what it means to be black in America.

In a panel discussion to hype the special. TD jakes had this to say.

Slightly paraphrased.

Td Jakes - People in the black community go to jail at the height of their sexuality -- when they get out of jail, they don't get tested for hiv -- and infect their whole family.
