You guys need to decide more stipulations than that, cuz then when it comes down to voting time it'll be as fair as possible. Nobody can come out and say that a particular vote wasn't fair cuz of sumthin that wasn't stated in the rules.

In my opinion...

-Use Different Instrumentals/ Or The same (*This needs to be decided)
-Track Length (*No shorter than X-minutes/ No longer than X-minutes)
-Topical or attack battle (*You battling on a topic or dissin one another)
-How many votes needed to win (*This one is a give-in obviously)
-Display Categories (*What are people voting on? Punches, Quotables, Multies, Etc..)
-Fairplay Voting (*If there's someone you don't want voting in ur battle due to possible biased voting, be sure to list them out first before the battle begins because once the tracks are posted and voting starts, it'll be too late to complain about a certain member voting.
-Time Limit (*Limit the time to drop...this shouldn't take a month, a week at most!)

Etc Etc...you guys see where I'm goin wit this. These are just a few ideas and samples. But yea, definately make your stipulations that way it's as fair as it can be.
