Ruth Bater Ginsberg was the CHIEF COUNCIL FOR THE ACLU before being appointed to the courts by the lackluster Bill Clinton.
she headed up a far-left organization bent on destroying our capitalism, and instituting socialism (Thats the founders stated overall goal). and she is a supreme court justice now. That however is not controversial, at all.
But Scalia is a conservative. ON NO! Controversy!

Honestly, it doesn't matter. Politics have fallen far from the hands of the public. We can think what we want. That's all that's left of our freedom.

i agree, although i don't agree with scalia on alotta issues, hes far from radical
