wat makes u think he actually pirates it tho?....he has a i pod...n prolly uses i tunes...n paid for em all off tunes...lol i dont see him bein smart enough to use somethin else to get the music.....i mean...he was sittin there sayin...ear thingys...n not even sure wtf his ipod was called n shit..lol....

Well, obviously he didn't put on the music, but having anything that isn't available on i-tunes is illegal.

The Beatles just recently signed a deal with ITUnes letting their music on there.
Video was made awhile ago.
Ripping a cd and putting it on your MP3 player is illegal.
He has Beatles on his IPod.
One way or another he pirated that music.
