honestly in general i think black people are the dumbest. the only races i know are white, black and asian and in my opinion blacks are the dumbest. they come from Africa the poorest place in the world. ok its not the best place to be born but south africa has mad resources and they let the white people take over it. sure theres successful black people but over here and in america a higher proportion of them are in poverty/jail than any other race.

i couldnt find anything on poverty figures in the UK but i think the proportion will be higher but not by that much. like you said it depends where you stay. the city im from has the highest rates for poverty/crime..etc but if you take Londons statistics they will be different

Poverty leads to crimes. Where you grow up leads to poverty.

A lot of black people happen to grow up in poverty stricken areas. And not everyone can go from rags to riches.

If you look at the state of modern day africa well...it's pretty much in heavy poverty. The Government is corrupt and it's very hard for African's to get a proper education. I shouldn't have used the word native, but rather people that were born and currently reside in Africa.
