is image Leeching From Direct URL's Allowed On Siteground Or illest? i Know Some Other Sites Don't Approve Because it Uses The Host Of The image's Bandwith So People Have To Upload it To Photobucket Or imageshack Before Posting Said image On The Forum. im Not Sure if illest Allows it Though And There Has Been a Lot Of image Leeching Going On Recently (Me included ill Admit Lol) But Just Asking Someone To Clear This Up So We Can Continue Our Work.

Nah There's No Use in Having 3 Seperate Places To Battle, People Will Get Confused And Post All Over The Place Like 'What Forum Do i Post in?' Making it Look More Complicated For Newbies, Resulting in Them Leaving.

Well I can see where you and Sequence are coming from...but actually Seq does have a decent idea and it can be made easy if you set up the forum and the sub forums real simple.
Create the new text & audio battle forum.
Inside 4 sub forums. 1st sub forum, have it marked RULES (must read first before you battle).
(here are the next 3 subforums)
1. Rookies - if you have 0-10 wins on your record...you battle here.
2. Intermediate - if you have 11-20 wins in your record...you battle here.
3. Top of the Food Chain - if you have 21 wins or more on your record...you're allowed to battle here.
RULES WILL CLEARLY BREAK IT DOWN AND STATE: Welcome to illest Classic battle arena. If you are new here or a vet...this is how this battle area is going to work. You battle according to your experience! If you're new here...you obviously have a low win count on ur battle record. So if you're under 10 wins...you're still considered "rookie-status"...so you can only battle in the rookie arena. If you've been here for a while and are decent in the battle circut...you can battle in the intermediate arena so long as you are over 11-wins...but under 20. You're no longer able to battle in the rookie arena because those are pathetic & easy wins. STAY BATTLING PEOPLE ON YOUR LEVEL. Now if you're a true warrior and have shown yourself to be worthy...you're obviously over 21 wins now. You're no longer a newb and you can take on illests greatest battlers of all time in the Top of the Food-Chain arena. The best can battle the best! Again...if you are over 21 wins...you CANNOT battle in the two sub-forums above because your experience in battling is now above that level and we need to keep it fair.
If you do not like these rules...you can battle anybody you want at whatever experience level you want on the normal battlegrounds. The Classic Battle Area is made for those who want to be part of Illest History and go down in the books as one of the best to battle here. With the 3 experience levels designed to make battling more fair and competative...it increases the chances of closer and more memorable battles. Good luck.
P.S. - Any emcee who should reach 50 wins or more on their record is considered GOD STATUS and does not have to challenge or accept challenges no longer for they've already made the history books.

that'd work if the forum is more active but if you think about it, the rookie section would have maybe 6 battles a week the intermediate would have maybe 2 and the top of the food chain section would hardly ever get used cause theres only maybe 3-4 people with over 20 wins

But see...this is where admins and mods keep the system enforced. We have enough battlers to pull this off...and we'll keep the old text area...so it's not an area that needs to stay active every minute of everyday. If anybody that's record doesn't comply to the rules and he tries to compete in an arena he's not supposed too...the admin/mod automatically disqualifies him and he gets a loss automatically. I'm sure this'll enforce or influence people to stay in their areas.
