Adobe Audition 1.5 (Latency When I Record)

Everytime I'm Recording Something, There Alot Of Latency When I Play Back What I've Recorded, Everything Is Shifted Off Beat, Does Anybody Have Any Idea How I Could Fix This, I'm using Adobe Audtion 1.5. So If Anyone Has Any Ideas, Just Let Me Know Thanks.

i Use Adobe Audition 1.5, Just Drag ur Finished Voice Recording a Little So its at The Correct Part Of The Beat. im Sure u Know How To Do That.

haha that's funny, of course i fucking do haha, But do you think i really want to be Draggin Around Voice Clips Everywhere, it's way to much work, that i dont want to do.
