yea, ill be needint he same advice..i plan on recording now...i may just hit up target and buy a $10 mic and the converter...and call it a day...

i have no idea about mics but KURSE over in his thread can tell you everything you need to know aboiut anything audio. its down at the bottom of the forum/board in the Personal page. jus go drop him a question and im sure he'll be happy to help you out.

for under 50 theres not a whole lotta differences in quality, you're best off looking on ebay for a used mic that'll be better quality and in your price-range

just make sure whatever mic you get is a dynamic and not a condensor

with a cheap mic the post-recording process has more of an effect on quality you can use various filters and make your shit sound semi-decent
