Working Out?

What does everyone do for working out? Even exercise is fine to mention.

i work 55 hrs a week

eh, i sort of have a schedule..since basketball season is over, im trying to stay in shape and whatnot..
but sunday..i play basketball at the gym usually from the afternoon til the night
monday i excercise, lift weights, practice my dribbling, and excercise some more...
tuesday- free
wendesday - i play ball or i take a nap
thursday - lift some more weights and work on some ball skills
friday - rest(most of the time)
saturday - i do everything, lift weights, cardio excercises, basketball, swim, sometimes football, skate....and jog..(i dont do all of these things of course, but i do most of them on saturday)

I have my own way of excercise. My excercise has to have a purpose to be succefull. For example instead of running on the stupid running machine thingie id go and run to the supermarket and get whatever i want, not only do i get some excersize i also get what i wanted. Me and my friends play lots of basketball , football and volleyball alot at school to waste time. But i have one rule while playing sports, I never play unless i have a challenge so "praciting my shots" will not do for me , I like going for stuff like challenging other groups, its alot of fun even though half of them end up with everyone beating the pulp out of each other. When it comes to muscles and shit , we do lots of shit like fishing , wrestling games , beat up at least 2 guys per day at school, its all good. But really i dont really give a shit about being in shape cause many girls like fat guys and many like thin guys and many like buff guys , so whatever you are , youll get girls anyways.

i walk to work
and do 50 starjumps dnt laugh im not even lying
sumtimes i do sit ups but i suck at them
dnt even talk to me about push ups
i cant even carry 6 kilos let alone my own weight
i play net ball with my sisters wen there at training
uhhh i have to walk from one side of uni to the
other does that count haha

By The Loooks Of Your Pic Ghost, It Definetly Looks Like You Work Out 55 hrs a week, this kid works out more then i got to work , lol I Hope that was a joke man lol. But, Pretty Much my work out is like a half hour to an hour of stretching then, find some cardio activity to do for however long, then i;d hit the gym and work on a certain section of my body, then do the same the next day and work on a different part of my body. I SomeTIMes Work Out At Home 2, But Thats The Best Thing TO Do if your Shy haha

its a womens sport, where ur not allowed to bounce the ball
or move with the ball except u can move the foot u landed on

i stretch & meditate for about an hour
i run for a half hour strait, jog for 15 minutes
then i lift weights and exercise for about a half hour, alternating areas each day, i do chest & arms one day, legs the next, & abs the next
i do it usually every day, unless i play b-ball
