Justice for ma N.I.G.G.A Trayvon
Verse 1:
Face facts, I spit it straight no synonyms/
Telling y'all about dis racist Mexican cracker George Zimmerman
You better find his ass guilty/ no acquittal/
You don't need no more evidence than to know ma man had Skittles/
Chorus:
Don't smoke all the blunts, nigga, gotta save one/
Til it's justice for ma nigga Trayvon/
Verse 2:
Klu Klux Klan republicans fill America with strife/
If they wasn't so racist, they'd make Obama prezodint for life/
They killed Trayvon like they killed my man Emmit Till/
Crackers killed two brothers in half a century, that's genocide for real/
Chorus:
Slanging crack on the block, getting ghost like a seance/
Selling rocks til it's justice for ma nigga Trayvon/
Bridge:
My money stay green like Yoda, my drank stay purple like soda/
Cops get wrapped in plastic like Fruit Roll-ups/
Chorus:
Throwin dollars at bitches bouncin booty til the day's done/
Pop your coochie, hoe, if you want that justice for ma nigga Trayvon

He's talking about Trayvon Martin and addressing the issues of racism in our country. Although yea I agree it was a little confusing

Re: Justice for ma N.I.G.G.A Trayvon
lol @ Alvin. Funny as fuck.
To BigDazzieDaddle: Read this. I'm gonna try to do you a legitimate favor, so please be open-minded. I hope you're not too sensitive to what we've been saying, just cuz this is really how you get better by hearing this kind of shit. You wouldn't believe some of the shit I heard when I first started writing.
Here's some things I would truly suggest:
1)Watch informative movies/read more books, articles, or even magazines about the world to broaden your understanding of issues. That will inspire you a lot and give you something more substantial to work with when you want to write.
2)You should damn near memorize albums like Illmatic, Ready to Die, Shadows on the Sun, ATLiens, Infinite, Reasonable Doubt and so on and so forth. The wordplay, story telling, flow, metaphorical ability, and most importantly, GENUINE NATURE of these artists lyricism is what makes them great. After a while, you can't help but have their styles sink into your brain and you will notice a little bit of them reflect in your writing.
3)Relax. You shouldn't write after drinking coffee or getting in a fight, etc. Your brain is going in too many different directions and it will distract you from focusing on writing raw raps. People that are too hyper, anxious, or "in their head/ego" write worse verses. They brag, exaggerate their lifestyles, and try to get a crowd reaction by putting other people down. Smoking weed before writing helps for a lot of people. And also just forgetting how you're "supposed to sound" and tuning into your truest thoughts and feelings.
4)Listen to other people's feedback. Plain and simple. If it doesn't apply, let it fly, but there's no reason why people would straight up LIE TO YOU. If they're dissing your shit, it's likely there's something wrong with it. Real talk.
5)Watch other people's styles and pick out what you like. There's a lot of really good writers on this site, so read their work. To name a few: Cee4, Complexity, Haz, Gonz, etc. etc.
6)Practice, practice, practice. It might not make perfect like they say it does, but it will sure as hell leave you a lot better than you are now.
Hope this helps.

Naw, I don't think he was trollin, I've rapped with people like that before. There's just a lot of dope writers on Illest, so our standards are set higher, but there's legitimately a lot of shitty MCs out there.
