verse 1
they say Indian rapper, stick to Indian topics,
makin’ a song on streets is unreal- flop shit
or flossin’ daddy money, i wont, i promise
i wont show off my riches, unless I fill my pockets
and i live uptown, im not being thoughtless
born n raised here, n’er saw a man jobless
“and now she’s growin up, our girl goes to college”
im forced to travel with diseased and chronics
where pimps set traps, oh who gon be fallin
the shady places, where you get away with all this
jus bribe the police and avoid conflict
we got a high GDP, but that aint progress
People are too illiterate for nine to fives
they unite, and try to fight to strive and they crime
most people here, live below poverty line
brother, you were born to live, wonder why you survive
verse 2
children livin in dockyards, playing barefoot
i get to watch all that shit you read on Facebook
a lady carrying a disabled child in the crowded train
all what you do is stare at the undoubted pain
well, people with dreams come to make it big in here
people turn fiends before they get the biz in here
people to mislead, misguide bitches in here
get fooled tricked and cheated, then disappear
dead ends in the investigations erased the hope
of finding the missin victim, the case is closed
but the victim was livin, through pain she groped
never got help from people, dazed in dope
once she cried to a customer, who shared his phone
she called her family, cops traced her home
she was luckiest one, ever to be known
where criminals are invisible to police patrol
Verse 3
Poverty and terror got no race or religion
they smoke ganja to leap off heaps of infliction
whitener and toffee, the youth be givin in
mixing tears-sweat-blood-drugs no restriction
one place of the city, which faces no recession
cuz with the Government, they got no connection
the gangs and the police, they got their own nexus
the kids learn on their own- never be reckless
a place with equal number of houses and liquor shops
motto be prepared, (come on) trigger ya glock
and Deonar is called the gangster’s playground
people running round, like hungry stray hounds
and we travel in groups every woman needs a man
terrorists hide at Mankhurd, Cheetah Camp
the part of the city where sleeper cells are active
not the heart of the city, so love aint practised

just a little background info on what i've written.
Hip hop culture is still alien to the Indian masses whose TVs are flooded with bollywood songs at prime time. so if you're into this kinda music, ppl think you're tryna jock an american artist. and thats true to some extent. i see many rich school kids who claim to be are slinging and pimping.
well, i live in mumbai, which has the highest property rate in the world. And Asia's largest slums. thats an epitome of economic disparity- we got louis vuitton, aston martin showrooms and children sleeping in train compartments. but, the uptown and downtown areas are well separated. they're like two sides of the same city.
i've personally seen almost all things that are described in the song
