General Battle Ground Rules (LOOK HERE)

The Battle Ground Memo:
General Rules
- Only Name –vs- Name text battles are permitted. Please direct all other threads to the appropriate sections.
- You must vote on 2 Battles and post links with your Check-Ins
(If no current battles are awaiting votes, provide feedback links from either audio or text drops)
Failure to do so will result in your battle being locked up.
- Asking for “favor” votes or using duplicate accounts is not acceptable by any means. Anyone guilty of this will be banned from the battle grounds. Don’t be dumb folks..it’s only the internet.
- After one week with no activity (battle verses, check ins) the thread will be locked up and a new one will need to be created if the same two decide on a future battle.
- No Show wins are only givin if both parties check in and if a verse is not submitted up to 4 days after receiving the first battlers verse. (NOTE: Do NOT type a verse up if your opponent has not checked in.)
- If your battle is locked up due to links and the other battler has submitted a verse with links, you have 4 days to edit links or you will lose, via no-show.
- After getting a title shot, you must wait at least 1 month, regardless of points, before receiving another one.
House Voting Rules
Unless specified in the callout / agreement thread when setting up your battle, all battles will default to this category.
- 2 Lines = 1 Bar
- No Biting or Recycling Verses
- First battler with 5 Votes Wins
- KO = 3-0 Vote
- TKO = 4-1 Vote
- After 1 Week of being open, the battle is declared over (min. 3 votes required)
- No Hate or Unexplained Votes (admins / mods will direct each situation when it happens)
- Voting is to be done in one of two ways:

(Punchlines, Multies, Flow, Disses, Nameplay and Creativity with a general description at the end)
