The Game (one of my fav mainstream cats, but the dude seriously can't drop a song that doesn't mention Dre)
2Pac (love 2pac, grew up listening to his shit, but still, as a lyricist, he's overrated)
LL Cool J (can't hate on him though, first rapper to really be embraced by the ladies)
T.I. (I like some of his shit, but the dude is NOT a king in any shape or form on the mic)
Basically, pretty much all of the rappers on the top of the charts.

hm, i dunno dmx isn't all that great and at one point in my childhood when he came out with the ruff ryder's theme n all his good songs everyone i knew was actin like he was god, but that didn't last too long and atleast he doesn't suck like most people, so i wouldn't say he was overrated, but he's not underrated either so as it stands he's just another artist,
don't think Tupac was overrated, i think his death made an impact on his music just like B.I.G. but all in all he was a good lyricists and poet, him being a rapper i would give him his credit

50 Cent was overrated but that has calmed down a bit. Its funny everyone loved him around his second album like he was some sort of God, and I hated him, but now he is underrated and bit better than people give him credit for.
