Bush, Blair to discuss war
President Bush meets today with Tony Blair, his most important ally in the Iraq war, a day after the president received recommendations from the Iraq Study Group that included the withdrawal of most U.S. combat troops by early 2008. Bush's chief spokesman, meanwhile, told CNN the president may be able to "announce a new way forward" in Iraq by the end of the year.
