Greed - Defiance

I am Greed.. the act of wanting more than you have

Envy - For real

Stalking eyes, veiled under a green tint,
Knashing and grinding, jaw tightened and teeth grit,
Ideals of self purpose, take control of my mind,
I see you grab oppertunity and stay holding it tight,
I charge through life, and yet nothing is gained,
And when I see your life, boiled blood pumps in my veins,
Love thy neighbour? That sentiment is lost on me,
My philosophy; your success reflects other's generosity,
Have they forgotten me? Why are you that one that'd get it?
I wouldn't want it anyways, I'd rather work for my merits,
You breeze through life, just accepting the charities,
I have no helping hand but you're getting it magically,
Here is a question, please prepare the facts,
What makes you believe that you deserved a chance?
Recalling my hand outs, I can't think of any,
Perhaps I am jealous, and just filled with Envy.

Lust - 3rd string

A sin of the mind intertwined with physical implications
consequences of penetration and hyperventilation
hallucinations of coveting power and flesh of forbidden reach
mystery systems that the societies of the hidden teach
the difference between love and lust is objectification
giving a symbol of desire soul recognition deprivation
self-dehumanization, theft of identity by obsessions
a mixture of money, power struggles and women undressing
night caps of expensive taste, nevermind the potential waste
of resources leaving scorned victims in a revengeful state
a wake of passion within in the forsaken fashioned
to keep a hunger for the unattainable forever lasting
instead of turning away and applying discipline
lascivious thirsts claim the minds of those not listening

by choosing weakness over the trancendental forces

Pride - Enlightend

the sin off all sins, u wanted it well here he is.. the sin that built the pyramids

he demanded his brilliance, they got it, then he was labeled a sin, branded a villain
so he planned a rebellion whispered into Satan's ear, of how he could rival god
he told him his empire called it spiraled on to wild thoughts then a rise to fall
but to him he provided all other sins, from the start his work was to birth deceit
every thing on the earth is cursed with thee, he told Eve, the apple was hers to eat
there were some that got his worst you see, as it was him that divided the lands
and when Hitler devised his plans, of course it was him that guided his hands
that u might understand, he is the source of Lucifer's run, all sins infused into one
he created the nuclear bomb, and only pride will remain when his movement is done

Wrath - Arvincible

I am wrath, a mental state, a path that resonates
where good and evil seperates, eyes filled with red and hate
im food on the devil's plate, breaking past the seven gates
I am-impatience, aggrivation, the next stage of rage, acts-of-satan
I'm black and white...discrimination, I'm red and blue..gang relation
Picture me eyes cold like refrigerant.. with blood spilling fingertips
ignorance, I'm ill will and bitterness..im anger, war, belligerence
Irrational im pissed off, furious and fierce, I violently detest shit
eruptive, self destructive ive rejected, all of God's best gifts
see my doomed designs and its basically suicide once its u inside
all the fateful acts of hatred will be do or die.. none consumed survive
As the purest form of sin, i keep you torn within..bein unconsolable
I'm a trigger a detonation, a blast of strength seen uncontrollable!!

i thought the first 4 were the best flow wise.. seemed like we all could have been on the same beat... than the beat changed to a slower BPM and the other 3 came..

Every different writer's unique style can be distinguished by reading through each verse, i enjoyed reading every single one including my own as this piece was coming together.

each different sin had a different feel to it, some were humorous and some were really dark and tragic. Very good.

A very nice display of talents !! dope shit, this just proves how much talent illest can have when people put the time and effort to make it happen..

I thought everybody came Legit on this. Imo Defiance, 3rd, and E stood out the most to Me with James and Arv also doing their thing. The best part about this was Not only did people have their own topics but brought their own styles to it also. Good Drop.

proverb: looked like a slip up on that 50 cent quote, its "have a baby, by me baby" you said be on be on, twice, anyways, i think it could've gone a little deeper on the sloth story, but not bad, flow got a lil choppy towards the end but overall it was koo

defiance:smooth read, although a few of those things mentioned didn't seem like greed and seemed kinda randomly thrown out just as something negative, was more informative than a story on your part which i wish wasn't but overall decent

for real:flow was nice, look forward to seeing more, story seemed to match the others equally, not that much i could say, kudos

3rd string qb: good vocab, although i personally think you overdid it, and i felt that it took away and hurt from your piece on lust, other than that the flow and rhyme scheme could be improved some

enlightend: this piece was nice, best one i've read out of the 7, the ideas brought were nice and definitely enjoyed reading this one, flow was on point, good shit, i expected no less after seeing your other writtens

arvincible:didn't like the bitch fit line but the rest was nice, smooth flow, informative but reading it was different then most informative pieces, it gave that wrathful feeling, almost of impatience or irritation

scottjames:lol expected something like this from you, funny and as usual punchlines, different from the rest and definitely stood out, flow was nice, a little stretched but rolled off the tongue nicely, gave a different view and good description



overall this was a good collabo, i think i should've been notified for one of them instead but oh well, best 3 pieces were by far the last 3, enlightend's verse was still my favorite amongst them all, scott james made me laugh, each verse brought something different to the table, whether it be humorous, deep, informative, creative, or whatever else.. a good collabo between the 7, now to do the opposite of 7 deadly sins

Proverb - Nice portrayal of me, it was like looking in a fucking mirror. Lol, just kidding, but I am rather slothful. Nice verse.

Defiance - Fucking DEEP shit, man. Excellent job on painting this picture of greed, I immensely enjoyed your sin. Lol.

For Real - This was good man, an astute analysis on the true nature of envy. Like looking into the diseased mind of some jealous bastard.

3rd String - I feel this shit, man, lust being one of my most prominent sins. Cool verse, bruh, you did the damn thang.

Enlightend - Excellent storytelling, as always in this verse. You had an interesting approach at writing this sin into being. Well done.

Arvincible - I felt the rage, the hate, the utter recklessness that goes into the personification of this particular sin. Really dynamic verse you crafted here, man. Props.

Scott James - Fucking incredible flow present in this verse, along with some stellar multie usage and a consistent theme throughout, following the topic to a t and ending in beautiful tragedy. Dope.

I think everyone did the damn thang and brought something unique to the table with each respective verse as applied to their sin. Great collabo, very enjoyable read. I'd like to see more like this. Stay up, gents.

I think defiance went the hardest on this. Normally i'd give in depth feed, but this was pretty tight all around. Arvincible was my 2nd favorite, not far behind defiance, and the rest of ya'll were pretty tight, each one had some memorable lines that stuck out. I look forward to reading you guys individually.

Man, this is pretty fucking sick. Considering 7 people came together on this, brought their own styles, and flipped it how they saw fit, I think this turned out really nice. I would break it down more, but I would say Elightend, 3rd, and Arv came the best on this, with Scott and Defiance holding it down as well. The other two did a great job too, and that's why I dont really want to compare anything, except say that this was ill, collectively. Nicely done.

wow Forreal you come up with sick innovative topics great post all around cba going into detail but let me just say defiances bars flowed best. qb's bars were the most lyrical but this is by far the best post ive seen on this site so far. huge respect to all the writers braap braap... and various other gun noises
